We are selecting a Brussels-based organisation to become the Host & Strategic Partner of Strategic Foresight in Practice.
This is more than a request for event space.
We are looking for an organisation interested in bringing a relevant cross-sector community into its environment and becoming part of the conversation about how organisations prepare for change and make better decisions about the future.

What We Are Looking For
Our core requirement is a suitable Brussels venue for one weekday in October or November 2026.
Main Event Space
Capacity for approximately 20–50 participants, plus speakers and facilitators.
Breakout Spaces
Ideally 2–3 smaller spaces suitable for interactive workshops.
Event Infrastructure
Presentation screen/projector, Wi-Fi, seating and standard AV facilities.
Optional Additional Support
The following contributions are entirely optional.
- Coffee breaks and/or lunchOptional

- Promotion through relevant networksOptional

The venue is the core requirement. Additional contributions are optional and can be explored based on what makes sense for the partner.
